This aligns with Dr. Kenneth Wright's research, which showed that even short camping trips without artificial light can reset the circadian clock to the natural day-night cycle. More recent studies suggest this can be achieved in just a weekend, leading to earlier sleep patterns and improved rest.

The unique quality of sleeping under canvas lies in its subtle filtration of the natural environment, creating a permeable boundary rather than a complete separation.
