Ariana Grande and Ricky Álvarez Bundle Up for London Adventures

August 23, 2026Carlos Mendoza2 мин

Ariana Grande is currently in London for a significant 10-day run of her "Eternal Sunshine" tour. The singer, who has a long-standing affection for the city, is spending time with her rekindled flame, Ricky Álvarez, enjoying the late British summer.

With temperatures dropping significantly in the UK, Ariana and Ricky were seen dressed warmly. Grande wore an oversized, off-white fuzzy cardigan over straight-leg blue jeans, complemented by white patent ballet flats and red socks. Her accessories included round Loewe sunglasses and Irene Neuwirth stud earrings. Her light brunette hair was styled in a slicked-back braided bun, adorned with a pale pink Alice headband. Álvarez, who kept his arm around Grande, sported a dark blue denim trucker jacket, baggy beige trousers, white lace-up shoes, and a navy knit beanie, indicating the chilly London conditions. The couple was observed picking up coffee and browsing books in Soho.

Although they haven't fully established a coordinated couple's style yet, their commitment to each other has been evident, notably with matching tattoos. Grande recently debuted the script "I do love you" on her collarbone, mirroring a tattoo Álvarez has in a similar location.

There had been months of speculation about Grande and Álvarez's reunion, with Grande playfully hinting at their rekindled relationship. Álvarez, who previously served as a backup dancer on Grande's "Honeymoon" tour, dated her between 2015 and 2016. He was even referenced in her 2019 hit song "thank u, next." Rumors of their reconciliation began when Álvarez was seen at Grande's birthday concert in June. The pair were later photographed holding hands in New York City and began publicly interacting on social media. During a Brooklyn performance, Grande even altered the lyrics of "thank u, next" to "Wrote some songs about Ricky, we always find our way back."

Grande and Álvarez made their relationship Instagram official last week with a series of mirror selfies showcasing them embracing.

With the "Eternal Sunshine" shows scheduled through early September, fans can expect to see more of Ariana Grande and Ricky Álvarez exploring London. Their public reunion, or "hard launch," is far from over.
