Josefine Knutsson (8-1) is set to face Mileide Simplicio (6-3) in a strawweight bout at OKTAGON 87 on April 25th. In a recent discussion, Knutsson reflected on her release from the UFC last year, as well as a prior commitment with GFL that didn’t materialize.
“I intend to dictate the pace of the fight and steer it in my favor,” Knutsson stated. “I will remain grounded and maintain an open mind in every situation. My primary objective is to secure a finish with my striking, but ultimately, we’ll see how the fight unfolds.”
