BKFC Honolulu: Coltrane Knocks Out Pitolo in First Round

Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship (BKFC) made a memorable debut in Hawaii on Saturday night, captivating a sold-out crowd at the Neal S. Blaisdell Arena in Honolulu. The highly anticipated event, BKFC Fight Night Honolulu, delivered thrilling bare-knuckle boxing action.

In the main event, former BKFC Middleweight World Title contender Doug Coltrane returned to winning form by knocking out Honolulu's Maki "Coconut Bombz" Pitolo just seconds before the end of the first round. This victory marked Coltrane's return to the win column, improving his BKFC record to 4-2. Following his impressive win, Coltrane issued a challenge to Marcus "Bad Intentions" Edwards.

The co-main event saw Joseph "The Dark Knight" Creer of Columbus, GA, secure his third consecutive stoppage victory. Creer defeated Keali'i "The Saint" Kanekoa in a light-heavyweight bout that was eventually stopped by the ringside doctor at the close of the third round. Creer now stands at 6-3 under the BKFC banner.

In a featured featherweight bout, Toby "2 Quick" Misech of Hilo, HI, demonstrated remarkable resilience. Despite being knocked down twice in the first round, Misech fought back, scoring two knockdowns of his own against "Felony" Charles Bennett. Misech ultimately secured a unanimous decision victory, with all three judges scoring the fight 47-44.
