Regian `The Immortal` Eersel is once again a two-division world champion after a tough five-round fight against his French opponent, Alexis `Barboza` Nicolas, on Saturday.
Headlining ONE Fight Night 25 at Bangkok`s Lumpinee Stadium, the Dutch-Surinamese fighter secured a unanimous decision victory, reclaiming the ONE Lightweight Kickboxing World Title he had lost to Nicolas earlier in the year.
At 31, Eersel is now the reigning king of both lightweight kickboxing and Muay Thai in ONE Championship.

True to his style, Eersel pressured Nicolas from the very start of the bout.

Nicolas attempted to counter, but `The Immortal` maintained relentless pressure, consistently landing effective strikes such as leg kicks, knees, jabs, and crosses.
Nicolas increased his output in the later championship rounds, but the Dutch-Surinamese star remained dominant, pushing the pace until the final bell.
This win puts Eersel back on track after his impressive 22-fight winning streak was ended by `Barboza` at ONE Fight Night 21 in April.
Conversely, Nicolas experienced the first professional loss of his career.
Pirnie beaten for first time in 11 years
In an earlier bout on the card, Israeli fighter Shir Cohen put on a strong display to defeat Scotland`s Amy Pirnie, marking Pirnie`s first loss in 11 years.
Pirnie, 31, started confidently in the 119.25-pound catchweight Muay Thai contest, using powerful leg kicks to control the distance early on.
Cohen intensified her attack in the second round, effectively countering Pirnie`s kicks with sharp boxing.

The third and final round saw the same dynamic, with the Israeli fighter securing a clear unanimous decision victory. Her record now stands at 10-1 overall and 3-0 within ONE Championship.
Pirnie, a highly decorated female Muay Thai competitor from Europe who joined ONE, saw her 22-bout winning streak halted. Her professional record is now 27-5.
