Deontay Wilder is set to make his return, potentially shaking up the heavyweight division. However, his recent form suggests his best days might be behind him. Tonight, `The Bronze Bomber` aims to prove he can still compete with the elite.

Wilder, with a record of 43-4-1 (42 KOs), reigned as the WBC heavyweight champion for over five years. He knocked out all nine opponents during his title defenses before being stopped by Tyson Fury in 2020.

That loss to `The Gypsy King` marked the start of a difficult period for the 39-year-old knockout artist from Tuscaloosa. Having lost four of his last five bouts, Wilder is currently far from the title picture.

Since 2019, Wilder has secured only one win. Tonight, he seeks to regain his winning momentum and feeling against Tyrrell Herndon from Texas. Herndon holds a record of 24-5 (15 KOs) and has been stopped four times.

The Wilder-Herndon fight headlines the card taking place at the Charles Koch Arena in Wichita, Kansas. For those unable to attend live, the event will be streamed on BLK Prime.

While some expected this event to be pay-per-view, similar to Crawford-Avanesyan on the same platform in 2022, it is instead included with a regular BLK Prime subscription. A subscription costs $6.99 per month.

The main card and live stream are scheduled to begin at 1 am BST. The main event featuring Wilder and Herndon is expected to start around 4 am BST.
